I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room. This is my first time in Hong Kong, and I have read about how tiny the spaces are there. I tried to upgrade to a bigger room, but it was full. The moment we entered the room, all of my worries went away. It was bigger than the hotel we stayed in near Times Square in Manhattan. I also appreciate the decor of the room, as well as the hallway. It was reminiscent of old Hong Kong movies I watched growing up, which is a big plus for me. There is also plenty of plugs next to the beds which is great for modern day travellers with plenty of things to charge. The free wifi is super. I did a lot of work from the room and have nothing to complain about. The staff are amazing, professional and helpful. The housekeeping staff, in particular, were great and attentive despite the language barrier. They realised that we drink a lot of water from our first night there and since then would restock the room with two of the big glass bottles, which we appreciate a lot. The location of the hotel is perfect for us, smack in between Jordan and Yau Ma Tei MTR stations, as well as the bus stop at the Labour Tribunal. We could practically go anywhere in Hong Kong from here. As a Muslim, I appreciate the abundance of Halal restaurants across the road, but these are mostly Middle Eastern and Indian cuisine, which is fine.

Made two requests as part of our stay - 1) early checkin as our flight landed around 11am+ (hotel was not able to guarantee but we arrived on the day around noon and were informed that our room was already ready for check-in); and 2) to have a queen + single bed within our triple room (request was fulfilled). Bed was comfortable, there was a bath-tub and a shower head in the toilet, and hotel is very centrally located along the main Nathan road (few mins walk to either Jordon or YMT station). Staff are very friendly and service is good. Stayed in this hotel 30 years ago on our first visit to HK and our experience with this stay is still as good as it was then :) There is also a bustling food hall and a Michelin restaurant (reservation needed - we didn't manage to try) at the basement levels of the hotel, so there are plenty of food options even if it rains and you don't feel like heading out.

Stylish boutique hotel truly stands out with its own unique personality. The breakfast selection was great, offering a wide variety of good-quality options—the chef-made omelettes were a particular highlight. Housekeeping was excellent; our room was consistently spotless and very well maintained. The gym and pool are great extras, which we took full advantage of during our stay. The on-site Food Hall was a convenient and affordable option for meals, perfect after long days of exploring. All the staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience. Our room was comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed. Having explored Hong Kong Island, Lantau Island, and Kowloon, we found the hotel’s location to be one of our favorites—convenient and surrounded by a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere.

The location was great, it is along Nathan Road and is close to Jordan Road MTR station. It is also within walking distance to central Tsim Sha Tsui, Austin Street, Knusford Terrace. The hotel also feels very secure, with the concierge near to the lift access to your room floor which is only accessible via the room key card, and there are staff around to help you if you need any help. I am a female solo traveler and felt very safe. The room was a little small but it was cozy, clean & the bed was very comfortable, and it was very well equipped and had everything that I needed-toothbrushes, ample shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner, hair dryer, electric water kettle, complimentary drinking water/tea/coffee. And many TV channels too. The check-in and check-out was also very efficient.
